Do these timeframe's match and can the results be connected.

Can the capacity to carry out recursive enumeration be linked to empathy and or social sensitivity?

Can communication occur without another person?

Would communication require 9 principles described by "Mindsight"

I've been watching many things that can possibly tie into the question Noam Chomsky poses in this video:

I am trying to tie things together to come to at least my own simple solution regardless of its scientific accuracy as I am untrained in this field.

this evening I stumbled upon some facts delivered in a speech by Kenneth Miller "Evolution and Intelligent Design" where he describes the detail of all great apes having 24 pairs of chromosomes and our species only has 23.
The science behind the mutation was described as two chromosomes fusing together into one,
(yes I am quoting wikipedia but in this case I think it is fine)

Chromosome #2 Human

This lead me to speculate that this mutation could have been the condition that gave rise to the ability for language to evolve in our species.

Looking at chromosome #2 (this obv requires further research), it is reportedly associated with academic performance as described here:

Also, chromosome #2 is apparently associated with Nonsyndromic deafness.

My thought is that that deafness at a higher percentage in a smaller population would necessitate written communication..

but would this give rise to these principles NC talks about?
