create: 3 dimensional viewer of universe in 4 dimensions.

3d video player with intelligent controls on speed of time.
3d projection helmet. This would be hard to design, but possible I think.

watching biology evolve over time in one window and the galaxies and universe evolve in another.
fast forward, rewind, loop. All dj controls.
Musical addition, soundtracks. $?
smells, tough for virtual reality, easy for themes.
Touch? fans, hot cold?
water or solution immersion?

This also needs to contain creative enablements and libraries of templates for that creation.

Essentiall what we want to achieve here is total freedom of the mind to create a universe that is limited only by the imagination.

Practically sensory input is going to be difficult for all scenarios, e.g flying would be difficult to feel.

this limits the experience to only visual and audio, smell , taste and touch are extremely difficult.

This is fine as we are trying to build a creative engine for problem solving and technological advancement fostering.
This is not mean to be a recreational thrill replication toy.

We are looking for output.
Very much like the MMORPGs life 2.0 or whatever it is.
