also protect and serve the homeless, weak and vulnerable, then maybe assist capable humans.

Follow pedestrian pathways and public access motor vehicle parking lots, no street access. pedestrian crossing only.
Can intervene in imminent accident within public walkway.

I also thought a 4-5 ft tall hefty spider bot would be useful.
Very mobile, optical superior to cat / dog, 8 eyes / sensors etc to help team spot trash.

Flying Drones? Sure.
