I absolutely forgot everything I was going to say here.
I think it involved an argument that centered around ... multiple examples of collaborative synergy (buzz word I know).
I actually had a decent argument here, that stinks.
Possibly something involving the institutions of academia and a new paradigm of credibility establishment and how credibility is fundamentally handicapped by the anonymity of the internet.

and how the problem isn't necessarily a lack of incentive (provide examples of passion incentive as well as possible profitable collaborative projects)
