If there can be no denying the benefits of a more emphatic society, why are we not training our children as soon as possible to be emphatically healthy and attuned?
I would think this would be one of those things you finally realize you should be doing and instantly correct it.
Thought experiment : Add empathy to any conflict in recent world news.
Evaluate current results of behavior.
Re play the conflict at any point in the timeline and add an unrealistic amount of empathy on both sides.
Re-evaluate how that conflict plays out.
